Dr Chaudrhy has been our doctor for almost 2 years. A very caring and compassionate doctor.
They don't let their patients wait for a long time and they offer walk in services which is awesome especially when you have urgent health issues.

Very Clean place, the staff are caring, and they offer great customer service. They promptly see patients and the best part is that walk ins are accepted. I was frustrated by my former PCP and when I discovered Reliance Healthcare, I never regretted or looked back. They are amazing when it comes to patient care and support. You time is valued, and you will feel respected at this practice.
I love Dr. Chaudhry and Dr. Nazar. They are really awesome doctors. Been seeing them since 2018 and have nothing but the best experience every time I come in. I love how they have walk in available because of my work schedule. I recommend them to every and anyone because they really do put you first. They care about their patients and they are so kind. I’ve never felt more comfortable with any dr than I do with them. The office is always clean and welcoming, the staff is always friendly to me and it’s awesome they have a labcorp right at the office and makes things more convenient.
Everyone here is amazing.

I love the staff from the very first time the practice began,, the patients have been a priority, I meet them at a sensitive time.. I had just gained custody of my grandchildren after my daughte’r’s passing and they not only took care of my grandchildrens needs but mine Also… And that was Five years ago🙏🏽
